Policy
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we
respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.
- In general,
Encore Consignments
does not accept returns on
merchandise.
- All items offered by
Encore Consignments are
exactly as described, and are New or are in excellent "as new condition".
- Encore
Consignments only accepts for
consignment the highest quality Designer items that are NEW or "AS NEW"
condition.
- All items are carefully
inspected to insure that they are original Designer Labels and are free of
damage or defect.
- Encore
Consignments offers these items
with complete confidence in their quality at 1/2 to 1/3 of Retail Prices.
- It is the consumer's responsibility to make sure that
they are thorough and ask any questions and
Encore Consignments will be happy to address any concerns, and
provide measurement information before sale.
- Encore
Consignments is not responsible for
items damaged in transit during shipping.
- Items damaged in transit during the shipping process
are the sole responsibility of the shipper (UPS).
- It is the responsibility of the consumer to purchase
sufficient shipping insurance for each item. See
Encore Consignments Shipping Policy.
- If an item is damaged in transit,
Encore Consignments will be happy
to assist in recovery of the insured value of those items from
UPS.

In order to assist you in the recovery of insured value of items damaged
in transit, Encore Consignments
will need the following information:
Encore Consignments
will do our best to help to resolve this
issue. However, as stated above,
items damaged in transit during the shipping process
are the sole responsibility of the shipper (UPS).
